Job Description & Requirements

Registered Nurse – Home Health

This outstanding organization is looking for the right Home Health RN to join their team of compassionate and driven home health care professionals. RN will Case Manage 20-25 patients with an expectation of 5-6 visits per day. Coastal area located between the summer resort area of Kennebunk and the fun of Portland ME. About 1.5hrs north of Boston

Required Qualifications

Years of Experience: 2. 1. ME or Compact RN license 2. OASIS experience; wound vacs 3. BLS

Preferred Qualifications

EPIC IV therapy, tube feeds, trachs, compression wraps, port access,ostomies, chest tubes, S/p catheters, lad draw,etc
