An experienced Emergency Room nurse with 10-19 years of experience earned an average total compensation of $35.14 per hour.

The beauty of ER travel nursing lies in your ability to earn a much higher hourly rate. For example, an ER travel nurse in California can earn $1,871 to $2,062 a week. That's the potential to earn over $51/hr. 

Other locations pay equally as well, including in Oregon where current ER travel nurses with our partners are making $2,085 to $2,297 per week, or over $57/hr. in some positions.
