Surgical Technologist - Operating Room

Job Summary: The Surgical Technologist renders care to assigned patients under the direction of the registered nurse. Duties include: Assisting with direct patient care activities, preparing and stocking the operating room before and after surgery, gathering clean and sterile supplies, setting up sterile instrument fields, and maintaining and monitoring aseptic techniques. Education / Experience: Graduation from a surgical technology program or from an accredited school of nursing. BLS Required

Required Qualifications

COVID Vaccination National ST Certification BLS Per Wake Forest Baptist Leadership - Nurses must be separated from Atrium for a full year before being considered as a traveler for any Wake Forest Baptist campus
