Job Description & Requirements

Surgical Technologist - First Assistant

Number of Beds/Cases: 5 OR's OR Number of Births/month: 7-12 cases/day Must be willing to scrub, FA and Hearvest Vein Must have 1 years exp, exp with vascular device access and dialysis fistulas. Need to be within 30 mins of site for call time Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: Open heart and vascular procedures (both open and endovascular) Common medications: IV contrast, locals Must have 2 years exp, exp with vascular device access and dialysis fistulas. Any special procedure done on the unit? FA/CST experiened in both open heart and vascular procedures (both open vascular and endovascular) Common Medications used on the unit? IV contrast, locals Nurse Patient Ratio: one to one Vascular Device Access/Care; Y Dialysis Fistula Care/Management; Y Clinical Skill Comments: FA/CST with a min of 2 years experiene in both open heart and vascular procedures (both open vascular and endovascular) Advent Health is a multi-regional healthcare system with 45 award-winning facilities located across nine states. Required Qualifications

1-2 Year of Experience in Specialty 1 year min open Heart & Endo Vascular (CVOR Unit) Must be willing to scrub, FA Cert AHA BLS Must have 2 years exp, exp with vascular device access and dialysis fistulas. Need to be within 30 mins of site for call time

Preferred Qualifications

5 Years of Experience in Specialty Previous Travel Experience EPIC EMR Experience Hearvest Vein
