Renal Dialysis - Dialysis Nurse

With a caregiving model based on optimal patient outcomes, the esteemed team members of this Dialysis unit are looking for a dedicated, compassionate RN to join their ranks. The right candidate for this role will be experienced, innovative, and passionate. If you are ready to join a caring staff within beautiful surroundings, and are compassionate and experienced, this is the role for you!

Required Qualifications

Years experience: 1 1. IN or compact RN license (#, expiration) 2. CPR certification 3. Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing Required for file to move to Sent: 1. FMS form and Questionnaire back as an attachment from HP 2. 2 Recent Dialysis REFS, BLS, CDT (tech) or RN License - all uploaded into AMIE 3. SSN DOB in AMIE For document uploading requests, please send them to DIS-DL (DIS@amnhealthcare.com) or directly to Kofax(kofax.credentialing@amnhealthcare.com) as an attachment with "URGENT" included in the subject line.

Facility Location

South Bend is the unofficial home of Notre Dame University, which is located just north of its city limits. The city takes its name from the St. Joseph River which abruptly changes course midway through its boundaries.
