Registered Nurse – Home Health

Home Health RN needed in the Santa Rosa area for 13 weeks. Eight hour day shifts - with weekend rotation We are looking for a strong Home Health registered nurse to join our team. Our ideal candidate is compassionate and has two years applicable registered nurse experience within the last five (5) years, as determined by the Employer, of which at least 1 year must be home health/hospice experience within a hospital-based or community based home health agency. You will make 4 - 6 visits per day and your contract will be 13 weeks on 8 hour day shift and you will work weekend rotation with staff.

Required Qualifications

Recent HH experience Candidate must have Oasis experience Valid Drivers license; auto insurance CA License
