Job Description & Requirements

Registered Nurse – Pediatric

Exclusive order to AMN. The flagship Medical Center for this major hospital organization, is community-focused, with a highly specialized care environment. Located in East Bay of the San Francisco area, and only 12 miles from downtown. Enjoy 13 weeks in a variety of adventure in culture, arts and food. The 25 bed Pediatric unit requires direct experience with a patient ratio of 1:3. Will work with complex pediatric diagnosis including Hemo/Oncology, neurosurgical, general surgicalrenal disorders, tracheostomies, ortho, cystic fibrosis, sickle cell, asthma. Traveler will float to Postpartum and adult MS as requested.

Required Qualifications

3 years of Pediatric experience and history of working in a pediatric unit where RN ratio is 1:3 BLS, PALS certifications Experience in Pediatric codes, blood transfusions, procedural sedation. Float NICU and PICU as census requires. Postpartum float for baby only. Float to Adult MS for sitter only

Preferred Qualifications

Health Connect experience APHON/CPHON Oncology certification
