Registered Nurse – Perioperative Nurse - Operating Room

Exclusive order.The delivery system practiced at FHN Memorial Hospital employs the concepts of team incorporating the workforce standards as set forth by FHN. Coordinates and provides nursing care to identified patient population. Utilizes team approach for delegation, critical thinking and problem solving skills to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Demonstrates competencies in accordance with specific performance standards.

Required Qualifications

IL RN license in hand 2 years of RN experience 1 recent year of OR experience (MOR) in an acute care setting BLS Strong General, Ortho GYN, ENT, Urology, podiatry, urology and ophthamologym skills
