Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical

Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: Many patients on unit are awaiting placement and are medically stable. Obs/Inpatients to unit with dx of Neurodevelopmental disorders-Autism/ID-agitaiton; Scizophrenia and other psychotic disorders; bipolar related disorders; anxiety related disorders; depressive disorders; trauma and stressor related disorders; feeding/eating disorders; neurocognitive disorders with behavioral problems; delirium; patients who lack capacity and waiting placement; medication-induced movement disorders and other adverse effects of medications. Common Equiment: B-Braun IV Pumps, AccuVein Nurse Patient Ratio: 1:6 18 beds

Required Qualifications

BLS IV Insertion PICC Lines Tele Interpretation Computerized Charting

Preferred Qualifications

ACLS Psych
