Registered Nurse – Case Management- Case Manager

At Spaulding Hospital for Continuing Medical Care Cambridge, we are ready to help you rebuild and become your best self. We take an individualized approach to your care, working with you, your loved ones, and referring physician to create a treatment plan just for you. We offer specialized programs in ventilator weaning, oncology, pulmonary, cardiac care, neurology/stroke, post-organ transplant, post-surgical and orthopedics, but we treat a wide variety of conditions. In addition, our on-site clinical expertise and innovative programs enable us to care for patients with complex and acute medical problems. As a certified long-term acute care hospital, we provide comprehensive care with every medical plan, including 24-hour in-house physician coverage, nurse practitioners and physical medicine consultants. In addition, we have a range of physician specialty consultants including those in the fields of cardiology, pulmonary medicine, oncology, infectious disease and nephrology.

Required Qualifications

Must have Active License - conditional licenses no longer accepted Flu vaccine, Covid vaccine and booster - NO exceptions
