BLS Charting System: Avatar 26 week contract, please make sure the HP is aware and agreeable as the manager will not consider anything less than 26 weeks. Please Read the below from the director: "The major difficulty we have with some of our Contract RN's is with documentation. They are required to make daily notes on some patients which are basically short status notes or documentation by exception. The ones we have the most difficulty getting done are the weekly notes that are quite in-depth. These notes are required documentation and we have templates they should follow. Most simply don't complete all of the prompts the template gives them. Some of the prompts address DSHS/HHSC requirements and some are Joint Commission requirements. They are typically assigned 5-6 of these patient notes per week. CPI is not required---per the Unit Manager" We have our own behavior management program, TIPs, that we train all of employees in."

Facility Location

This picturesque town was founded in 1882. The specific landmark is the historical spring which provided life sustaining water for the Indians, as well as the wagon trains which traveled across the arid West Texas country. Big Spring branched out and was at last incorporated in 1907. Ever since its incorporation, a great deal of improvement has been made, including the addition of state of the art suppression machines.
