Sullivan County Health Care (SCHC) is owned by the citizens of Sullivan County and is operated by the County Commissioners to provide residential nursing care for those in need of these services. SCHC is home to Sullivan County located in quiet and peaceful Unity, New Hampshire.

Required Qualifications

Candidates MUST have their own form of transportation as this facility is located in an area where Uber and public transportation are not readily available. Covid Vaccination Series and Booster Required for this need. Exemptions are not accepted by this client. Please upload proofs with upload.
